The Premium Cookie Depositors includes models Premium B, Premium S, Premium TF. The wide range of models offers solutions tailored to each specific need. These cookie machines are fast, reliable, and user friendly.

  • Premium B Model : can produce round and straight depositing. no twisted shapes, no wirecutting. Examples- macaron, eclair, cream puff, lady fingers, etc.

  • Premium S Model : can produce round and straight depositing plus twisted shapes, no wirecutting. Examples: macaron, eclair, Italian butter cookies, meringue, etc.

  • Premium TF Model : can produce round and straight depositing, twisted shapes, and wirecutting. Examples: macaron, eclair, italian butter cookies, chocolate chip cookies, biscotti, shortbread.

  • Roller hopper for stiff doughs and pump hopper for soft batters.

  • Depositing rate: 30 rows of product per minute. (depending on mix type)

  • Easy to use touch screen controls. - 200 program memory.
